does not constitute right of ownership or
copyright.
Bears-N-Bows.com
retains all licenses and copyrights to the
images
that are purchased
or adopted. You are simply purchasing or being
given
express permission
to display or use the graphics, provided you
follow
the terms of
use.
2. Purchaseware and/or linkware
items are not to be altered in any way,
shape or form. They are
not to be "tubed" , copied or distributed
through any graphics or
trading lists. They are not to be sold or
included
in any collection,
and you must not claim them as your own.
3. Any page displaying
purchaseware and/or linkware from
bears-n-bows.com
Sig tags used in emails must
also contain a link back to this site.
Please give credit where
credit is due, not only to me, but to all of
the
other talented
pixel and graphics artists found throughout the
community.
4. Your website must be family
friendly. Your site must not contain abuse
of
any kind: religious hatred,
race hatred,adult materials,profanity,
animal
abuse or any other forms of
abuse or prejiduce are not allowed.
5. Graphics purchased from this
site may be adopted out or used to decorate
your own
pages.
6. I f you offer your
purchased graphics for adoption, the sites you adopt out
to must comply with my
terms of use.
7. You may not link directly to
the images on this site. All graphics purchased
or
adopted must be
downloaded to your own hard drive and uploaded to your
own server. Please do
not steal my bandwidth!
8. Any page displaying
purchaseware and/or linkware must use the "No

Click" and "Disable Image
Toolbar" scripts. If you do not already have

on your pages, you can get
them here.
9. I reserve the right to refuse
services.
